fantastic stay centrally located
easy access friendly staff quiet room
the location is very good. it has easy access to everything. i walked to popular tourist spots. friendly staff was present and helpful. the rooms are quiet and clean.

shaver socket loud sirens
The bathroom wasn't well-thought. I found no spot to hang towels within reach. the shaver socket did not work, that was frustrating. Sirens from a nearby police station bothered me at night. Earplugs are a great idea, they would have softened the noise impact.

The room had daily cleaning and they refilled water and snacks.
The location was near a police station. I could sometimes hear sirens.

fantastic location comfortable bed complimentary snacks unfriendly staff missing greetings delayed receipt
The location was fantastic. I had a view of Trafalgar Square out of my window. The beds were very comfortable. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.
The front staff are not friendly. There were no greetings or smiles. I asked for emailing the receipt. I am still not getting it after 48 hrs.
